Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective sleeve and shipping box to ensure it is not damaged during the transit back to our studio.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your RA.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned portrait, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
